Denise Wilson has been a qualified Social Worker for 29 years and has worked in the Adult Social Care sector for 38 years. She brings 24 years of senior management expertise, specialising in Care Act compliance and Safeguarding Adult Reviews. Having served as a Safeguarding Lead and MASH Manager, she provides expert training and consultancy through Wilkare Social Care Ltd, supporting organisations to deliver lawful, ethical, and person-centred safeguarding practice across services.
